open the referrer
from the referrers tab, click the row of the customer who sent the friend.

click "log conversion"
pick what triggered it — booked, paid, or job completed. add a note if you want a record of which friend.

the reward fires per the program's reward kind — pawpaw credit posts to the referrer's account, cattail points land on their balance, firefly stamps a punch.
tipconversions are logged manually today. an auto-trigger from pawpaw + junebug events ships in a later pass — for now, build it into your weekly close.
