pick a file you already uploaded to bullfrog

if a file is already in your bullfrog cloud storage (a job photo, a delivered piece), the bobcat dialog has a "pick from bullfrog" link. saves you re-uploading.

    click "new item"

    and pick the kind that matches your file (image, video, audio, file).

  2. 2

    click "pick from bullfrog"

    the link sits next to the media url field. the picker dialog opens with all your bullfrog files filtered by type.

  3. 3

    pick the file

    bobcat fills in the media url and links the bobcat item back to the bullfrog file. if you ever rename or move the bullfrog file, the bobcat item still resolves to the right asset.

    tip

    linking via bullfrog beats hand-pasting urls. urls break when you reorganize storage; the bullfrog link survives.
