manage all your shared links in one place

the shared-links page is the audit view of every share you've created. revoke a link, extend an expiry, see view counts, and tear down anything you don't need to keep live.

3 steps~2 min
  1. 1

    open bullfrog → shared links

the shared-links page lists every share link you've created (and every file-request you've minted). columns show the file/folder, expiry, view count, and download count.

  2. 2

    filter to active or expired

use the filter chips to focus on still-live links. expired links stay in the log for the audit trail; they no longer return content.

  3. 3

revoke or extend in one click

click the revoke button to kill a link immediately (anyone who has it gets a 404). click extend to push the expiry forward without making a new link.

    tip

audit this page once a month. anything you don't recognize, revoke. it's the cheapest security hygiene you'll ever do.
