convert a completed job to a pawpaw invoice manually

for customers on the manual billing rule (or one-offs you didn't set up auto-drafting for), the "convert to invoice" button at the bottom of a completed job's detail sheet does it on demand.

3 steps~2 min
  1. 1

    mark the job done

the convert button only shows up once status is done. it sits in the footer of the detail sheet.

  2. 2

    click "convert to invoice"

crawdad lifts the job's title, price, and customer into a fresh pawpaw draft and opens the invoice editor.

  3. 3

    review and send

add line items for materials or extras, tweak anything, then send by email or text. the invoice links back to the crawdad job for life.

    tip

if you see "already invoiced," the job's auto-draft already fired. open pawpaw and find it in the drafts queue — don't create a duplicate.
