pin a job to a specific customer location

for customers with multiple sites — an hoa with five buildings, a property manager, a chain — the location picker appears under the customer field. pin each job to the right site so the address on the invoice matches the work you did.

3 steps~2 min
  1. 1

pick a customer that has a company with sites

if the customer's dragonfly company has more than one location, the "location" section appears in the job detail sheet.

  2. 2

pick a site from the dropdown

or click "+ add location" to set up a new one inline (nickname + address) without leaving the job.

  3. 3

leave it blank to use the contact's address

if you don't pick a location, crawdad uses the customer's primary address. that's the right move when the customer only has one site or the work happens at their main address.

    tip

naming sites by what's at them ("warehouse," "retail floor," "hoa pool deck") beats addresses ("500 main st"). on the schedule, you'll skim labels — not zip codes.
