    link a contact to a company

    open a contact, type the company name in the company field. dragonfly autocompletes existing companies, or creates a new one if there's no match.

    open the company detail page

    click any linked company name in the table — it opens /dragonfly/companies/[id] with three rails: contacts at this company, every invoice across all of them, every job across all of them.

  3. 3

    edit the company profile

    click "edit" to set website, industry, and the company's address. archive a company from the same panel — its contacts stay; the company is hidden from lists.
