save a view and recall it later

saved views remember the search, dropdown filters, sort, group-by, and your filter rules. "vips," "at-risk," "new this month" — bookmark each combo once and switch between them in a click.

    build the filter you like

    set up search + filters + sort + grouping however you want the table to look.

    click "save view"

    the views menu in the toolbar has "save current view." name it ("vips," "el dorado active," "churn watch") and save.

    switch between views

    every saved view shows in the views menu. click one to apply it instantly. "clear filters" returns you to the unfiltered list.

    tip

    views are per-user inside your business — your team sees their own saved views, not yours. if you want to share a list, export it to csv (covered in another article).
