set up a product once and every invoice + quote you send picks it from the same list. no more retyping name, price, or photo.

open magpie
click "magpie" in the sidebar. on first visit you'll see an empty catalog with a "new product" button.

click "new product"
fill in the name and price — those are the only required fields. sku, category, photo, and a longer description are all optional but make life easier later.

save
the product appears in your catalog immediately, and it's available in pawpaw + mayhaw the next time you create an invoice or quote.
tip
even a phone snapshot in the photo field helps — invoices and quotes with product photos get paid faster than text-only ones.
