    switch to pipeline view

    in marigold, click the "pipeline" tab. each stage is a column.

    drag leads between stages

    grab any card and drop it in a new column. you can also open a lead and pick a stage from the dropdown.

    log activity as you go

    click any lead to open their detail panel. log calls, meetings, and notes — they show up in a chronological feed and follow the lead into dragonfly when they convert.

    tip

    stale leads (no activity in 14+ days) get a soft warning badge. helps you spot deals slipping through the cracks.
