open the funnel tab
click "funnel" in osprey. each stage shows a count and a conversion rate to the next stage.

find the leakiest stage
the lowest conversion rate is where to focus. if leads-to-quotes is 80% but quotes-to-invoices is 20%, your quotes are the problem, not your leads.

drill into the stage
click any stage to jump into the underlying records — leads land you in marigold, quotes in mayhaw, invoices in pawpaw.
tiptrack this every monday. one week of data is noise; eight weeks of data tells you whether a change you made is actually working.
