open pawpaw settings
click the gear icon at the bottom of the pawpaw sidebar.

open the reminders tab
toggle on "send reminders". pre-built schedules (3 days before, 1 day before, 1 day after) are ready to go.

(optional) customize the email copy
you can edit the subject and body of each reminder. variables like {{client_name}} and {{amount_due}} fill in automatically.
