    open the pecan dashboard

    the run list sits below the ytd stat row.

    filter by year

    use the year filter to flip between current and prior years. useful for tax-time prep.

    spot outliers

    sort by gross to see your biggest runs at the top. anything way out of pattern is usually a typo — drill in to confirm.

    tip

    when you bring on a new provider, log the prior year's runs in a batch (one row per pay date) so your pecan ytd matches your provider's books from day one.
