if you handle a client's gmail, facebook, or stripe on their behalf, link every entry to their dragonfly card so the full kit lives in one place.

    open the dragonfly client first

    create or open the client in dragonfly so there's a contact card to link to.

  2. 2

    add their logins in possum

    for each platform you manage on their behalf — gmail, facebook business, instagram, stripe, gbp — add a possum entry and link to the dragonfly contact.

  3. 3

    find them grouped on the client card

    open the client in dragonfly. their possum logins show as a list (titles only, never the passwords). click any to jump to the possum entry and reveal.

    tip

    if a client offboards, archive (don't delete) their possum entries. the encrypted blobs sit there harmlessly and you have a paper trail if there's ever a question.
