instead of emailing csvs at quarter-end, set your accountant up with a read-only share link. they get a continuously-fresh view of your receipts without ever logging into your wymzy account.

    open share from the toolbar

    the share icon next to the export button. (gear menu in some layouts.)

    set your accountant's email

    drop in the email and generate the share token. sassafras sends them a link they can bookmark.

    they see your receipts whenever they want

    the link is read-only — they can browse, filter, and download but can't edit or delete anything. revoke any time from the same dialog.

    tip

    rotate the share token quarterly if you're privacy-conscious. revoke + regenerate replaces the old link instantly. no more "please send me last month's csv" emails.
