next to the program switcher in the toolbar. four options: active (still has balance), redeemed (zero balance, fully used), void (cancelled by you), expired (past expiry date).

switch to active for liability work
active is what shows on your books as outstanding gift-card liability. the dashboard's "outstanding" stat sums these.

switch to redeemed for a clean-up view
redeemed cards are done. seeing them grouped helps you tell at a glance what your redemption rate is — how many cards your customers actually use vs. let lapse.
