redeem a card at the counter (no pawpaw invoice)

for in-person purchases that don't ride a pawpaw invoice — point-of-sale-style cash redemption.

    open the card from the dashboard

    search by code or by recipient name.

    click "redeem"

    type the amount the customer is using. partial works — the rest stays on the card.

  3. 3

    confirm and ring it up

    the redemption is logged with timestamp. tell the customer their remaining balance.

    tip

    for service businesses without a real pos, this is the cleanest path — log the redemption in whitetail, take cash for the rest, walk away.
