flip to redeemed or expired to see what's been used and what's run out the clock.

sort by balance descending
the biggest unredeemed cards float to the top. useful for tax season or when you want to nudge a customer who hasn't used theirs.
tipoutstanding gift-card balances show up on your books as a liability. mention this to your accountant at year-end — they'll want the dashboard's running total.
