enable yaupon and customers can sign in to see their bookings, invoices, files, and message history with you.

    open yaupon

    click "yaupon" in the sidebar. on first visit you'll see the setup screen.

    click "enable portal"

    yaupon turns on at portal.yourbusiness.com (or yaupon.wymzy.ai/{your-slug} until you add a custom domain). every existing customer gets an invite email.

    customize the look

    add your logo, set a brand color, and pick which sections show (bookings, invoices, files, loyalty, messages). hidden sections won't appear for customers.

    tip

    yaupon pulls live data from pawpaw, mayhaw, and bullfrog automatically. no syncing or duplicate setup needed — the customer sees their stuff the moment you create it.
