the typical pattern: design approval → materials ordered → frame complete → finishing → delivery. add what fits the build — there's no fixed template.

mark each one done as you finish
the customer sees the phase progress in their yaupon portal — they always know where the build is without calling to ask.
tipadd a phase for "design approval" even if it feels lightweight. that's the milestone that shifts financial risk — once they sign off, scope changes are change orders, not free rework.
