delete a form (and its submissions)

open the form
click into the form from the hummingbird list.

click delete
the delete button is in the editor toolbar. it pops a confirm with the response count so you know what you're losing.

confirm
the form, every response, and the share-link slug are gone. the public url 404s from that point.
tip
if you might want the responses later, export them to csv first. once you delete, they're gone for good.
