the recipient opened the signing page. timestamps are captured in the audit trail.

signed (or declined)
the recipient typed their name and signed — or declined. signed locks the contract; declined kills it. either way, the audit trail captures who, when, and from what ip.
tip
no movement past "sent" for several days? send a friendly nudge with a fresh signing link from the contract detail. people lose loblolly emails in their inbox often.
