products with photos look more professional on invoices and customer-facing pages. even a phone snapshot is enough — magpie crops and resizes for you.

    open the product

    click the pencil icon on any product row to open the edit dialog.

    paste a photo url, or upload

    you can drop in a public image url, or click "upload" to send a photo from your phone or computer. magpie hosts it for you — no need to find your own image hosting.

    save

    the photo appears next to the product on the magpie list, in the line-item picker, and on any customer-facing surface that shows products (invoices with itemized photos, your portal catalog).

    tip

    for the cleanest look, take photos against a plain background and shoot from straight-on. you don't need a lightbox — daylight by a window works fine.
