find and clean up duplicate leads

the same person can submit your contact form twice, or a csv import can collide with leads you already had. the duplicates panel groups likely matches so you can clean them up in one pass.

  1. 1

    open the duplicates panel

    the toolbar shows a duplicates pill with the live count. click to open the panel.

    review each cluster

    every cluster shows the matched leads side by side, with reason ("shared email," "shared phone"). click a lead to open it, archive to soft-delete that one.

    ignore false positives

    two people who share a phone (married couple, family, business partners) — click "not duplicates" to suppress the cluster. "show ignored" toggles it back later.
