open the draft
any draft, declined, expired, or archived quote has a "delete" button in the action row. sent / viewed / accepted / converted quotes don't — they're audit history.

confirm the delete
a confirmation dialog asks if you're sure. there's no undo — deleted quotes are gone.

(bulk) delete a batch from the list
on the mayhaw list, click the checkbox icon to enter select mode. tick rows (only deletable statuses can be ticked), then "delete" the batch in one shot.
tipuse bulk delete to clean up after a fresh start with a customer — declined quotes from years ago that nobody will ever look at again. archive is still safer for borderline cases.
