tap the tab you care about
"sent" and "viewed" surface what's still in play. "accepted" shows quotes ready to convert. "invoiced" is the audit trail. "archived" is everything you put aside.

search inside the filter
the search box matches estimate number, customer name, or title. layer it on top of the status filter to drill in fast ("every accepted quote for sarah").
tipoperators who clear their "sent" tab once a week (follow up on stale quotes, archive declines) close ~15% more deals than operators who leave the list long.
