    open a sent or accepted quote

    the action row has a "send for signature" button. it routes the quote into loblolly's contract flow.

    loblolly creates the contract

    loblolly mints a new contract from the quote details — customer, terms, line items. you'll land in loblolly to add any extra clauses (msa boilerplate, liability waiver) before sending.

    customer signs from their phone

    loblolly emails the customer a signing link. once they sign, the contract pdf files into bullfrog and dragonfly's contact + mayhaw's quote both get a stage update.

    tip

    use this for jobs that need a real contract on file — high-dollar work, long-term retainers, anything with liability. for small jobs, the signed quote itself is enough audit trail.
