pick services on invoices and quotes

the line-item picker in pawpaw and mayhaw pulls straight from mockingbird. tap a service, the description + price + duration drop in already filled out.

3 steps~2 min
  1. 1

start a new invoice or quote

in pawpaw click "new invoice", or in mayhaw click "new estimate". in the line-items section you'll see a "pick from catalog" button.

  2. 2

    switch to the services tab

the picker opens with two tabs — products (magpie) and services (mockingbird). click "services" to see your service menu, then tap any service to add it to the picks tray.

  3. 3

tweak qty + price, then add

the picks tray lets you set quantity ("3 hours of consulting") and override the unit price if this customer is getting a different rate. click "add line items" to drop them into the invoice.

    tip

no service in your catalog yet? hit "new service" inside the picker — it creates the row in mockingbird AND adds it to your picks, all without leaving the invoice editor.
