    open the dashboard

    every doc you've uploaded shows up grouped by category with an expiry badge.

    read the badge color

    green = fresh, you've got time. amber = inside the reminder window, schedule it. red = expired, fix this today.

    watch the bell

    oyster fires a 30-day-out nudge and a 7-day-out nudge to your notification bell automatically. you'll see them stack up if you ignore them — that's the point.

    tip

    set a longer reminder window for slow filings (state annual report = 60 days) and a shorter one for fast ones (license renewal = 14 days). per-doc, not global.
