oyster is the deadline tracker for paperwork that costs you money when missed — franchise tax, registered agent renewal, boi/cta, annual reports, license expiries. drop a doc in, set its expiry, get nudged.

    open oyster

    click "oyster" in the sidebar.

    click "upload document"

    the button sits in the top-right of the oyster dashboard.

    pick a category and a file

    categories include llc filing, ein letter, operating agreement, coi, registered agent, boi/cta, annual report, business license, and more. pick the one that fits and select the file from your computer.

  4. 4

    set the expiry date and reminder window

    if it's a one-time doc (operating agreement), no expiry needed. if it renews (annual report, license), set the next due date. 30 days is the default reminder window.

    tip

    the actual file lives in your bullfrog vault — oyster owns the metadata (category, expiry, reminders). that means everything stays organized in your file storage too.
