manage your recurring schedules

the recurring page lists every schedule with its cadence, next-run date, and status. pause for seasonal customers, resume when they're back, delete when the relationship ends.

    open the recurring page

    in pawpaw's toolbar, click the recurring icon (the circular arrows). every schedule shows on a card with cadence, total, items, next-invoice date.

    pause a schedule

    the pause button stops the cron from generating the next invoice without losing the schedule. customer info and line items stay intact.

  3. 3

    resume or delete

    resume picks up at the next scheduled date. delete removes the schedule entirely — past invoices it generated are not touched.

    tip

    for seasonal businesses (lawn care over winter, tax prep in summer), pause beats delete. less re-entry when you bring the customer back.
