send a stack of drafts in one click

for operators who batch-write invoices on friday afternoon. once you've got a queue of drafts ready, the bulk-send bar pushes them all out without opening each one.

    filter to drafts

    on the pawpaw dashboard, set the status filter to "draft". every row gets a checkbox down the left side and a bulk-send bar appears at the top.

    select the ones you want to send

    tap individual rows to pick them, or click "select all" to grab the whole list. the bar shows a live count of how many you've checked.

    hit send

    the "send selected" button fires every checked draft in one batch. anything missing a customer email is skipped (with a count back to you), and successfully-sent invoices drop off the drafts list immediately.

    tip

    the bulk send only works once stripe is connected — until then, the button is greyed out so customers don't get a payment link that doesn't work.
