    the contractor list shows ytd paid and payment count per person.

    use the year filter

    flip between this year and last. useful in january when you're filing for the year that just ended.

    watch the over-$600 flag

    anyone over $600 gets the "1099 needed" flag. that's the federal reporting threshold — you have to issue them a 1099-nec.

    tip

    the flag is a hint, not a substitute for tax advice. some payments don't count toward the 1099 threshold (corporations, attorneys for legal services have their own rules). when in doubt, ask your cpa.
