force a re-sync from your other suite apps

pawpaw, sassafras, bluejay, and pecan post to sycamore continuously. the import button on the ledger triggers a manual catch-up — useful right after a busy month or if you suspect a sync hiccup.

    open the transactions tab

    the toolbar has a refresh icon next to "log expense".

    click the import button

    sycamore replays the last unsynced transactions from each connected app — pawpaw paid invoices, sassafras receipts, bluejay payments, pecan pay runs. it's idempotent (you can run it twice; the same transaction won't post twice).

  3. 3

    watch for the count

    the toast shows how many entries pulled in from each source.

    tip

    for routine work, you don't have to click this — the cron handles auto-sync. only use the manual import if a recent transaction looks missing from your ledger.
