from the portal's login page (app.wymzy.ai/yaupon-portal/{your-slug}), the customer types their email. yaupon emails them a sign-in link.

the link drops them straight onto their personal dashboard. no password, no account creation, no two-factor codes. it just works.

you can send a link manually too
from a customer's profile in dragonfly, click "send portal invite" — yaupon emails the same magic link. great for first-time portal customers who don't yet know to go to the login page.
tipif a customer has an old magic link in their email, it stops working after 24 hours. tell them to just request a fresh one — they don't need to find the original.
