attach files (drafts, photos, briefs) to a plan card

every plan card can carry attachments — a photo for the post, a draft of the email body, a brief doc. files come from your bullfrog cloud storage so they're already there when you hand off to a publisher.

    open the card

    the editor opens with an attachments grid on the right.

    click "+ add"

    the bullfrog file picker opens. pick from your existing cloud storage, or upload fresh files inline.

    thumbnails show on the card

    image attachments show as visual tiles. non-image files (pdfs, audio, video) get a generic file tile. click any to open a lightbox or download.

    tip

    for image-heavy planning (instagram posts, gbp photos), pick the image when you create the card — by the time you're ready to publish, you already know what visual is going with the caption.
