sent an invite by mistake, or the person isn't joining anymore? cancel it before they accept and the link stops working immediately.
the pending invites panel shows every outstanding invite with the email, role, and "cancel" button.
the invite token is voided on the spot. if they click the email link after this, they see an "invitation cancelled" page.
cancelling doesn't "use up" the email — you can re-invite the same address with a different role any time.
we respond to every message within 24 hours.
instead of sharing a password, give every teammate their own login. they sign in as themselves and only see the apps you give them access to.
owner / admin / manager / staff / viewer — each role ships with defaults for which apps a teammate can see and what they can do inside them.
roles ship with defaults, but real teams need overrides. your bookkeeper sees sycamore and katydid but not pawpaw payouts. your shop manager sees crawdad but not bluejay.
