click their row to open the member panel.

open the role dropdown and pick the new role
any per-app overrides you've set stay in place — the role change doesn't reset them. if the new role's defaults conflict with your overrides, your overrides win.

the change takes effect immediately
next time they load wymzy, their access reflects the new role. they don't get an automatic "your role changed" email — let them know directly.
tipan audit log records every role change with who did it and when. useful when something feels off and you need to retrace what happened.
