the everyday move. customer walks in, you find them, hit punch. when their last punch lands, the card flips to a reward earned automatically.

open the program on the dashboard
if you have multiple programs, pick the right one from the program switcher.

search the member by name, phone, or email
any partial match works — type the first three letters of their name and the right row floats up.

tap their row to add a punch
the punch counter ticks up. on the last punch, the card flips to "reward earned" and they get their free item next time they're in.
tip
stamps are idempotent — if you double-tap by accident, firefly only counts the first one. no awkward "wait, did i punch that twice" moments.
