delete a material line or draw payment

deleting cleans up. for materials, it removes the line and re-totals the budget. for draws, it removes the scheduled payment — gopher won't let you delete one that's already minted an invoice.

    find the row in the materials or payments tab

    every line has a delete control on hover or a kebab menu.

    confirm

    gopher asks before destroying. for a draw that's been minted as a pawpaw invoice, you'll see a block — void or delete the pawpaw invoice first, then come back.

    totals re-roll

    removing a material drops the project's materials total. removing a draw drops the scheduled total + outstanding total.

    tip

    if you keep adding and removing materials as the build evolves, that's normal. the budget number is supposed to drift — the only people whose budget never moves are the ones who never run the project right.
