honeysuckle is the master list of every truck, tool, and machine your business owns. one card per item with the details you'll wish you had next time something breaks or gets stolen.

    open honeysuckle

    click "honeysuckle" in the sidebar.

    click "new equipment"

    the button sits in the toolbar at the top.

  3. 3

    name it specifically

    "2019 ford f-150" beats "truck." "bosch hammer drill #3" beats "drill." if you ever own two of the same thing, you'll thank yourself for the number.

  4. 4

    open the card and fill in the rest

    make, model, serial, asset tag, photo, location, condition, purchase date, and next-service-due date. you don't need all of it on day one — the photo and serial are the high-value fields.

    tip

    photo + serial number on every item makes insurance claims and theft reports way easier. you've got the receipt without digging through a folder of paperwork.
