    click into the item from the list.

    set the next-service-due date

    use the recommended cadence for the equipment — oil every 3 months, full inspection annually, etc. honeysuckle flags the item on the list 14 days out.

    after the service, set the new due date

    once you've got it serviced, update the next-service-due date. honeysuckle keeps the cycle going automatically.

    tip

    log the service notes on the card too — "replaced air filter, brakes 2026-03-12." next time something feels off, you've got the history one click away.
