the purchase receipt, the manual, the warranty card — all lives in bullfrog and links to the equipment card. when you need it for an insurance claim or a repair, it's one click away instead of buried in your email.

    open the equipment card

    click into any item in honeysuckle.

    tap "add file"

    the picker pulls from your bullfrog vault. upload from your computer if it's not there yet, or pick an existing file (insurance certificate, w-9 from the supplier, etc.).

    store everything you'd need at a bad moment

    purchase receipt, manual, warranty card, photos of the serial plate, photos of any damage. "bad moment" = insurance claim, theft report, ar customer dispute.

    tip

    for stolen-equipment reports, the photo of the serial plate is the difference between getting paid out and a denial. take it the day you buy the rig — not the day after it gets stolen.
