set up a service with multiple tiers

for services that come in sizes — half-day vs full-day, basic vs premium — create one row per tier. the picker treats them as distinct line items so you can mix on a single quote.

3 steps~2 min
  1. 1

    create the base tier

add the cheapest or smallest version first. e.g. "deep clean — small home (under 1,500 sqft)" — $200, 180 minutes.

  2. 2

    duplicate for each tier

click the row's pencil icon, then "duplicate". change the name to "deep clean — large home (over 2,500 sqft)" and bump the price + duration. repeat for any middle tiers.

  3. 3

tag them all with the same category

use a category like "deep cleans" so they group together in the picker. customers (and you) can scan all tiers at once when building a quote.

    tip

for a la carte add-ons (e.g. "+ inside oven", "+ inside fridge"), make those their own services too. the picker lets you select multiple — a quote becomes "deep clean large + inside oven + inside fridge" in three taps.
