    you can add contractors, collect w-9s on a public link, and watch ytd totals roll up from pawpaw / bluejay / pecan. the workspace is real.

    filing the actual 1099-nec and 1099-misc forms with the irs. that's the partner integration we're working on.

    use sweetgum for the prep work — onboarding, w-9s, ytd tracking. when january comes, export the prepared list to csv and hand it to your cpa or feed it into your filing service of choice.

    tip

    the prep work is 90% of the pain. sweetgum handles all of it today — only the actual file-with-irs button is gated on the partner.
