when a member hits the punch count required, their row shows a "reward ready" badge and a redeem button.

the redemption is logged with a timestamp and the punch counter resets to zero. the member starts a fresh card.

the audit trail
every redemption is stamped with date, time, and which staff member's session triggered it. shows on the member's history. you've got the audit trail if a customer ever asks why their card reset.
tipif you accidentally hit redeem on the wrong member, contact us — there isn't an undo button on redemption today, but we can adjust the record on the back end.
